Robotics Strategy Forum 2020 – is the second edition of Robotics Strategy Forum.

Following the success of RSF2019, which brought together the state, business and education, its continuation this year aims to discuss the next level of technological challenges for business, including in Central and Eastern Europe.

  • Where is Bulgaria compared to automation in Romania and Serbia?
  • What technologies are implemented in a smart factory?
  • What is the role of R&D centers in production?
  • The next technological revolution - 5G or Wi-Fi6?

The event is organized by the Professional Association of Robotics and Automation (PARA), on October 22, in Sofia Tech Park - Incubator building. Due to the emergency situation and the need for precautionary measures, the lectures will be broadcast online on the PARA pages on Facebook and YouTube. From 9:00 to 17:00 there will be a special expo zone located in the Incubator building, where you will be able to see different types of industrial and educational robots. Discussion panels will be held in English.

This year's Robotics Strategy Forum 2020 focuses on the role of robotics and the overall picture of the Balkans, as well as how COVID-19 has influenced the automation solutions of local entrepreneurs.

In separate panels will be considered which are the technological trends in our country, Europe and the world. The topics for 5G, the role of robots in individual sectors, as well as the innovations implemented in our country and worldwide will be discussed by a number of industry experts. The topic of smart factories, collaborative robots and digitalisation during a pandemic are the key topics of this year's edition.

Several specialized sessions will address issues such as: how to maintain sustainable development through innovation and where is the role of R&D centers in creating innovation in our country.

The event is suitable for engineers in the field of manufacturing, IT industry and top management.

In the special offline area, visitors will have the opportunity to see different types of robots and autonomous systems.
